Automatically collected: Basic analytics data (page views, device type, referral source) through privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use invasive tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used to deliver purchased content, send waitlist updates, and (with your consent) occasional emails about new features and affirmation content. Your generator inputs are used solely to create your personalized affirmations and are not stored beyond the session in V1.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate iAffirm:

Stripe for payment processing, MailerLite for email communications, Anthropic (Claude) for AI text generation, and Netlify for hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.

4. Data Retention

Generator inputs are not stored beyond the active session. Email addresses are retained as long as you maintain an active subscription or remain on our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. For data deletion requests, contact us at hello@iaffirm.co.

6. Children's Privacy

iAffirm is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
