iAffirm provides AI-generated personalized affirmations based on user-selected goals and philosophical styles. The Service generates original text content and may in the future offer audio recordings of generated content.

3. User-Generated Content

The goals and topics you input into the generator are used solely to create your personalized affirmations. We do not store, share, or sell your inputs beyond what is necessary to deliver the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All affirmations generated by iAffirm are original AI-generated content. Upon purchase or generation, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use, save, and share your generated affirmations for personal use. You may not resell generated content as a competing affirmation service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

iAffirm is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Affirmations are intended for personal development and inspiration. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

iAffirm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Payments and Refunds

Purchases are processed through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final. If you experience technical issues preventing delivery of purchased content, please contact us for a resolution.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
